    1. It was very interesting to hear Charlotte Caperton-Kilburn speak about not overhydrating, and the need for certain players to drink more than water. I’m what Charlotte would call a heavy-sweater and I always feel that I need extra sodium after a pickleball match or a run (my second love). I do drink the occasional Gatorade, but after this I may have a bottle with me on every matchday. I also recently tried Five Point Zero sachets, and found it gave me that sodium boost I needed. it’s a good option if you’re looking for a less sweet electrolytes beverage.
